Scholarship Programs
Our diverse scholarship offerings cover trades education, real estate studies, construction management, and entrepreneurship tracks. Each program provides financial support tailored to specific career paths with awards ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 per year.
Mentorship Initiative
Students are paired with industry professionals who provide one-on-one guidance throughout their educational journey. Our mentors include contractors, architects, real estate developers, and successful tradespeople who share real-world insights and open doors to internships.
Training & Workshops
Hands-on learning experiences give students practical skills through weekend workshops, summer intensives, and community building projects. These programs bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application.
Pathways for Future Builders Circle
Builder’s Track – Construction & Skilled Trades Program
- Focus: Hands-on training in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, flooring, and general contracting.
- Benefits: Funding covers certification courses, safety training, and tools needed to enter the construction industry.
- Outcomes: Students graduate job-ready and eligible for apprenticeships or entry-level trade positions.
Real Estate & Development Track Program
- Focus: Education in real estate sales, property management, and small-scale development.
- Benefits: Funding applies toward licensing courses, mentorship with brokers/developers, and continuing education credits.
- Outcomes: Students become licensed real estate professionals or junior developers, ready to build wealth through property.
Entrepreneurship & Business Start-Up Program
- Focus: Preparing students to launch and manage their own construction, renovation, or real estate financing business.
- Benefits: Funding supports business startup costs (LLC formation, marketing, software tools), financial literacy training, and coaching.

When I first stepped into this industry over 30 years ago, I didn’t have a roadmap. I didn’t have mentors lined up, or resources waiting for me—I simply had a dream and someone willing to give me a chance. That chance changed the trajectory of my life, and it’s the reason I’ve been able to build businesses, create opportunities, and now, pay it forward.
I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that keep brilliant, hardworking people from entering these industries. Too often, it isn’t a lack of skill or drive—it’s the weight of financial obstacles. Training costs, licensing fees, equipment, and education become gates instead of gateways. That is why this foundation exists.
Our mission is clear: to provide scholarships, resources, and support that unlock doors to careers in construction, real estate, and the trades.

Who is eligible for scholarships?
Our scholarships are open to U.S. residents pursuing education in construction trades, real estate, architecture, engineering, and related fields. Both high school seniors and adult learners are eligible. Specific scholarships have varying criteria regarding financial need, academic achievement, and career goals.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Yes! Future Builders Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You'll receive an acknowledgment letter with our tax ID number for your records after your donation is processed.
How can my company become a partner?
We offer multiple partnership opportunities, from sponsoring specific scholarships to hosting workshops or providing internships. Our partnership team will work with you to create a customized engagement plan that aligns with your company's goals and values. How are scholarship recipients selected?

Financial & Career Support Services
The foundation will remove barriers that keep talented individuals from starting their careers by providing:
- Tuition and fee coverage for training programs and certifications.
